The hotel is in a fine location, surrounded by beautiful countryside and just a stone's throw from the beach. The spa was fantastic - I loved the thermal suite and the infinity pool for a serene escape! The staff went above and beyond with their friendly service, making us feel super welcome.
There were a few hiccups. The food pricing was a bit steep for the quality we got, and at times, it felt like the staff were stretched thin. the room could have used better ventilation; it was pretty warm. But overall, still a lovely experience!

Well presented and well-maintained hotel, we loved this place.
It was a nice size with a balcony, good enough for celebrating anniversary. The location for Gorey was ideal, so close to Ireland, the beach so abandoned that plan, and the restaurant.

Location close enough to a lovely getaway, Seafield for the second time and beach, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast choice. Brand-new room, with a beautifully designed bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds.

I felt that the value for my money was decent, especially with the comfortable and modern room I enjoyed.
The breakfast experience could benefit from more variety and fresher options.

I loved the spa facilities, very relaxing. Staff extremly helpful & friendly. The rooms are very comfortable - didn't want to leave ...
That fact that there is only one lift, could be waiting for awhile before it arrives. Apart from that this was a fabulous hotel & had a very enjoyable stay

This is a top class hotel where staff and facilities are making a brave attempt to survive the recession. The former are professional with a warm Irish disposition and a charming willingness to help. The facilities are excellent and it would be difficult to find fault. Perhaps there is a hint of financial strain where one or two minor flaws were left , but this is bordering on fastidiousness which I expect is the characteristic that persuaded one to go there in thre first place.

Staff were friendly, and I enjoyed the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. while the food generally met high standards, at times service was slow. The outdoor thermal pool was a definite highlight. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-05-15}
